The Process / Timeline

- 3–5 Days: Brand phone call to review your application and credentials
- 2 Weeks: Review the FDD
- 1 Week: Background / Credit check
- 1–2 Days: Meeting with development representatives
- 2–4 Weeks: Sign Development Agreement
These are approximate times to complete the above process. Timelines may vary. The FDD review period by the potential franchisee must be a minimum of 14 days.
Franchise Training
- Four weeks in-depth training at a corporate store.
- Two weeks training at your location with our training team.
- On-going training for all departments.
- Corporate operations consultant assigned to your location.
